Whole 30No Added Sugar
I have the worst memory, that is for sure! I could’ve swornthat I never put together a roundup of Whole30 and Paleo lunch recipes, as of this morning.
I legitimately laughed out loud when I realized after searching that I’ve posted not just one, but two other lunch roundups prior to this one, on the exact same week over the past two summers!
Consistency can be a good thing though, because there’s nothing I need more this time of year than some good fresh lunch recipes to throw into the meal-prep rotation! Let’s face it – school is creeping up, and I’m faced with the reality that I’ve let my schedule sliiiiide just a little bit, meaning less structure, less meal planning and prep.
We definitely all need a bit of a break from it sometimes anyway, planning and packing non-boring Whole30 lunches isn’t exactly the most inspiring task I’ve come across since my first Whole30. Whether it’s for myself, kids, or husband, I’m always in need of new ideas.
Lunchoften feels like a chore – to put it very mildly 😉 It’s typically not our favorite meal of the day, since it’s often rushed, and you might also feel limited with what you can eat if you’ll be out of the house. With just a little bit of planning though (we can do this!) paleo and Whole30 lunches can be delicious, filling, healthy, and easy to prepare.
Whether you’re packing your lunch for work, school, or simply because you’ll be out of the house all day these 20 Whole30 + Paleo lunch recipes will have your needs covered. And don’t worry – I’ve freshened up my old roundups to reflect new recipes from the past year! I wonder if I’ll have lunch amnesia next year as well – time will tell!
*Just a note – Every single one of these recipes can be prepped ahead of time or fully made ahead of time, and reheated as neededthroughout the week. I separated them into cold and hot lunches so there’s something for you no matter what you’recraving!
**Also, find my other two lunch roundups here and here 🙂

About Michele
More than a little into running and paleo recipes (yoga now too!) but I'm not here to rain on your grains (or anything else) so come along for the ride! I do a little too much of everything (except cleaning), and I enjoy laughing at myself. As long as I'm the one making the jokes, that is. Just kidding. So bring me your angst, your appetite and your frying pan and climb aboard!

I totally agree, lunch always seems like a chore. We tired of sandwiches many years ago, so I’m constantly on the search for creative lunch ideas. Thanks, Michele, for filling this void.
I would like to see a roundup of egg-free breakfasts, memory not a strong suit here either, as, perhaps you have already put this together at an earlier date. A refresher would be welcomed. Thank you!Reply

Thank you, Michelle. Have been doing great over the summer but was feeling a little shaky about keeping up clean eating heading back to work, and adding in my sons busy schedule of school and football! My calm is floating back over me now that I have these great lunch recipes I know I can trust to be healthy and yummy!

Someone is unable to get into GW client so if you think how it can be done and what would be the way through which it’s the user can gain access to it then go for this site and learn a lot more in the basis of it. They can have the best nursing writing services reviews from us. Maybe it is on academic-related stuff.
