The World Cup XC racers go all-out for the seventh XCC race of 2025 with 20 minutes of flat-out racing. Check out the results below.
Race Highlights
Elite Women
The elite XCC racing action in Les Gets saw rain soak the course just before kick-off, adding an extra layer of grease to the course. The extra moisture made the grass traverses of the Les Gets course difficult for those who were paying more attention to the rider in front than the ground under their tires. Jenny Rissveds and Alessandra Keller managed to break away in the closing stages of the racing, with the win coming down to a big final lap effort. Holding a one-second lead into the last lap, Rissveds pushed hard to hold her lead as she crossed the finish line with a gap of seven seconds to Keller. Samara Maxwell completed the podium in third, holding a gap of 19 seconds to Rissveds.

Elite Men
Closing out the short track racing in Les Gets, the elite men delivered an incredible spectacle as the Cannondale pair of Charlie Aldridge and Luca Martin controlled the final laps of a tense race. Leading into the final lap, Aldridge and Martin looked to have the lead secured until a wild corner overtake from Luca Braidot lit a match under the front of the race as the leading racers upped the power and went bar-to-bar in a fight to lead into the finish straight. Aldridge came out on top of the scramble for first as he crossed the line just ahead of his teammate, Martin. Braidot had to settle for third place, two seconds behind Aldridge.

He's definitely been able to race in the mud before, one of the years at Snowshoe was muddy and he almost won/was in the mix most of the race. I remember there was this particularly tricky section of singeltrack he sent a flyer into and gapped the lead group
