      Probably the worst place Ihave ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional and terrible atcustomer service. It’s possible itwas only Kim but she isa discredit tothe company ifthat isthe case. Stay away!

            We were onbusiness and from out oftown. Our work truck broke down. Ona Friday afternoon at5pmMatt’s was mythird call inSaratoga Springs. They were immediately responsive and onsite totow our truck within 30minutes. Iappreciated their quick response!

              We bought aused car from them and they were amazing. They put new brakes, abattery, windshield wipers, fixed the air conditioner, new tires..etc. The process went very smooth and everyone was wonderful. Amonth after buying the car the starter went and they came, towed the car for free, and put anew starter infor free!! Definitely recommend using Matt’s Auto! They are awesome!!

                Avoid this place atany costs
                Sadly, mycar was towed bythose guys this morning from aparking lot 2miles away from Matt's
                The lady ona phone told meit will cost me$240toget itback. INCASH. She insisted they donot docredit cards
                Ok. Came there with cash only tosee the sign ona wall about credit carduse.
                Ok. Asked the lady why is$240. She replied because 4WD ismuch harder totow, while looking atmy tiny PriusC.
                Ok. Without apologizing for trying toscam mefor extra buck she gav
                e meinvoice without actual receipt for transaction. Did not have time toargue. Stopped byMatt's after work torequest the actual receipt for myrecords. Old gentleman atthe office (driver?) informed methey donot doreceipts ingeneral and that Ishould not bother them with such silly matter– show

                  Car broke down early evening, tow was quick and easy and affordable. Initially told the spark plugs werebad. Bill would be300dollars including tow torepair. Find out itwasn't the spark plugs, atthat point the decided toplug itin (should have done from start) find its amuch larger problem not worth fixing due toage ofcar. Wouldn't even budge onreducing price. Won't gothere again.

                      I would never again use Matt's Servicenter for any service. Two yearsago, Matt did several thousand dollars with ofdamage tomycar. Hehad been dispatched— bymy vehicle manufacturer's roadside assistance program— tohelp meafter Ihad locked mykeys inmycar. Unfortunately, Idid not initially recognize how much damage hehad caused. IfIhad, Iwould have immediately stoppedhim. Ilater let this national roadside assistance program know ofmy experience and Iurged them tonot use Matt's Servicenter going forward asI donot believe heis competent.– show

Iwill put itwith the false damage report you sent tothe attorney general about the scratched wheel onyour sons 13year old vehicle that was impounded bythe police forDWI. Inoticed onyour review that you forgot tomention how our dispatcher assisted you with finding your son who was ina dangerous state ofmind. Iunderstand you and your husband had alot onyour mind that day when you were inour shop sothat must why you didn't see the signs inour front office about accepting all credit card payments. You must bethinking one ofthe other times and places your son was towed bythe police. Please delete your false review.

                          This place isabsolutely brutal. Mygirlfriend was having issues with her car and was inthe area. They took her keys, didn’t even put her car onthe lift and told her the transmission was blown and she’d have totake itsomewhere else. Charged her $85. Turns out the transmission wasn’t even blown and had they put iton the lift and actually performed aninspection they would have realized this. Just flat out unprofessional. Wouldn’t goback and hope this saves someone else some money.

                            When Lex arrived, her vehicle was leaking transmission fluid. Upon avisual inspection, her transmission lines were blown. Lex reported she drove the vehicle from near Albany toour establishment and itwould not goover 30mph. Our mechanic also used the computer todiagnose the check light inwhich wecharge afair price incomparison toother garages who charge $100.00ormore. The following diagnostic was found via the diagnostic computer: Incorrect gear ratio (P0730), gear ratio error
                            2nd gear (P0732), and input speed sensor half correlation (P2784). Not knowing the extent offurther damage since itwas driven adecent distance, werecommended Lex bring her vehicle toa Jeep Dealership.– show

                                Horrible experience! Drove 3hours tolook atthe m2truck hesaid was ingreat shape. Engine skipped and air break tank has aleak. Miles are questionable. Anyways hewas unwilling tonegotiate and called mea idiot. Buyer beware!

                                  So..... After seeing all the horrible reviews Idecided to“check thingsout.” Iintentionally brought anew vehicle here for inspection. Not only did they not notice that the car was not inneed ofan inspection, they performed and failed inspection citing myentire abs system needed tobe replaced (like I’d have myvehicle worked onhere…). Itactually made mesick tomy stomach. These people are infact bottom feeding mouth breathers. All ofthem. Criminal, even. Ambulance chasers, literally. They have apolice scanner going atall times sothey can arrive ataccident scenes first, only totake advantage ofthe misfortune ofothers bycharging 1000%+ the going towing rates. Avoid atall costs. Iset atrap, ifyou haven’t and feel you’ve been wronged, Istrongly urge taking legal action. This place has tobe shut down.– show

                                      Not really sure what you are talking about. Matt has been inthe towing business for over 50years and onmany occasions hehas not been paid for services due totrusting people that hewould bepaid. Not once inthat time that Iam aware ofdid heever press charges onanyone hewould just let itgo. Please feel free togive mea call ask for Joe and Iwould toresolve this. Thanks

                                        Great customer service!! Gentlemen were super helpful…they checked our tire..resealed itand put itback onthecar..topped all other tiresoff. Quick efficient honest!

                                          If you get inan accident inSaratoga DONOT let the cops call Matt's. They wanted $800.00for a2mile tow after anaccident, wouldn't let mepick upmy bike till the insurance company released itand charged $60aday for storage. They parked the bike inan oil slick sowhen Iwent toride ithome the tires were covered inoil. They take advantage ofpeople that are inaccidents and can't get tothe vehicles immediately. Mywife wasn't even given anoption t
                                          o have the bike picked upfrom the scene. Saratoga PDshould have covered 1/2since they seem tobe inbed together. Price gouging isillegal. BTW– show
