19. 2001, at River Woods, Lewisburg, where he had been a resident for the past seven days. He had lived in Buffalo Township since 1974 and before that had lived -at RR2 Mifflinburg for. many years. He was born March 5.
1914. in Kelly Township, a son of the late Charles and Erma Mae Wirth Struble. He attended the Black Run School and the Sunrise School. both of RR2 Mifflinburg. Mr.
Struble was a Navy veteran of World War II. He retired in 1976 after many years employment by the West Buffalo Township Supervisors. He was known for his quiet reserved nature. Surviving are one son and his companion. Harvey E.
Struble and Wanda L. Erb of RR3 Lewisburg. He was preceded in death by one brother, John O. Struble, who was killed in action in World War II, and by two sisters, Nellie Catherine Struble and Ethel Elizabeth Reedy. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday at the James L. Schwartz Home for Funerals, 247 Chestnut Street, Mifflinburg. However, the family will not be present during the calling hours. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home by the Rev.

Boob, 84. of RR2 Northumberland, died Monday morning, Feb. 19, 2001, at Sunbury Community Hospital where she had been a patient for the past several weeks. She was born Sept. 23, 1916, in Bucyrus, Ohio.
a daughter of the late Miles L. and Alice I. (Coy) Reeder. She was married to Donald E. Boob who preceded her in death on June 15, 1990.
She was a 1935 graduate of Mifflinburg High School. Mrs. Boob was formerly employed as a seamstress for PennSpruce of Sunbury and as a cook for the Union County Sportsmen's Club, Weikert. She and her husband were former owners and operators of Hotel Catawissa in Catawissa. She was also a homemaker.
Among her hobbies were crocheting. She was an avid bowler. Mrs. Boob was affiliated with Trinity United Methodist Church, Northumberland. Surviving are one son.
Ronald D. Boob of Northumberland; one daughter-in-law, Mahalah Boob: two grandchildren, Melissa Boob and Mindy Martin; one greatgrandchild. Callie Martin; two sisters. Sara J. Stevens of State College, and Ruth E.
