Nikola and Strahinja always have Nikola’s Back
Strahinja and Nemanja Jokic gained attention in 2021 when a video of them being restrained by Nuggets security guards went viral.
This incident occurred during Game 4 of the Suns-Nuggets series when Nikola Jokic was ejected for a flagrant 2 foul on Cameron Payne.
After the ejection, Suns player Devin Booker confronted Nikola, leading Strahinja and Nemanja to almost rush onto the court in defense of their younger brother.
Fortunately, Denver’s security successfully intervened and prevented the Jokic brothers from reaching the court.

Strahinja and Nemanja went viral for their confrontation with the Morris brothers
In 2021, Strahinja and Nemanja established a Twitter(X) account specifically to address tweets from the Morris twins, then playing for the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Clippers.
The catalyst was a game where Markieff Morris, playing for the Heat, made a hard foul on Nikola Jokic, resulting in Nikola shoving Markieff in the back.
This led to an on-court altercation between the teams.
Nikola received a one-game suspension, and Markieff was fined $50,000. Markieff suffered whiplash and couldn’t play for four months.
Marcus Morris Sr., Markieff’s brother on the Clippers, commented on the incident via X. In response, Strahinja and Nemanja, defending their brother, replied, “You should leave this the way it is instead of publicly threatening our brother! Your brother made a dirty play first.
If you want to make a step further, be sure we will be waiting for you!” The tweet has since been deleted.
