Chris this soup sounds really good and i want to make it in my instant pot but ran into one problem. The only pearl barley around here isn’t what I would call a quick cooking barley as it says 45 minutes on your stove so do you think it would be done just throwing it in my instant pot with everything else or should I cook it seperate.I was hoping to keep it all in one pot but now I am not sure about the pearl barley. What should I do? Thanks for any help! Cynthia
