April 16

• Larceny, reported by Francis Anthony Auriemma at 8:27 a.m. in the 12000 block of Retail Drive.

• Harassing phone calls, reported by Lisa Lynnette Bustillo at 1 p.m. in the 1000 block of Woodland Grove Way.

• Fraud, reported at 1:19 p.m. in the 3100 block of Harpers Ferry Court.

• Larceny of a motor vehicle, reported at 4:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Forbes Road, Wake Forest.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 11:16 p.m. in the 10000 block of Capital Boulevard.

• Shadreeka Nicole Jones, 25, of East Walnut Avenue, Wake Forest, charged with an order for arrest at 2:12 p.m. in the 200 block of South Main Street, $1,000 secured bond.

April 17

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, speeding, reported at 5:18 p.m. in the 600 block of Durham Road.

• Breaking and entering a residence by force, reported at 6 p.m. in the 300 block of North Taylor Street, Wake Forest.

• Possession of a schedule II controlled substance, reported at 8:50 p.m. in the 12400 block of Capital Boulevard.

• DWI, reported at 11:33 p.m. in the 100 block of South Allen Road, Wake Forest.

• Vincent Everett Gray, 58, of North Allen Road, Wake Forest, charged with DWI Level 1 at 11:33 p.m. in the 100 block of South Allen Road, no bond listed.

April 18

• Suspicious activity, reported at 9:53 a.m. in the 200 block of Brooks Street.

• Suspicious activity, reported at 3:58 p.m. in the 200 block of Brooks Street.

• Carrying a concealed weapon, reported at 7:08 p.m. in the 10500 block of Capital Boulevard.

April 19

• Breaking or entering a motor vehicle, reported at 12:30 a.m. in the 12400 block of Wake Union Church Road.

• Simple assault, reported at 11:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Main Street.

• Daris Donnell Jeffreys, 27, of Timberlake Road, Franklinton, charged with three counts of failure to appear on misdemeanor charges at 11:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of Wait Avenue, $3,000 secured bond.

• Open container of alcohol, felony eluding arrest, reported at 10:24 p.m. in the 100 block of Heritage Lake Road.

• Natividad Santos Hernandez, 35, of Tall Cane Circle, Willow Spring, charged with an order for arrest at 4:14 p.m. in the 11300 block of Capital Boulevard, $1,000 secured bond.

April 20

• Tony Anthony-Yasir Gillard, 21, of Wildflower Ridge Road, Wake Forest, charged with an order for arrest at 3:08 a.m. in the 900 block of East Juniper Avenue, $1,000 secured bond.

• Tyrone Mayo, 53, of Turner Avenue, Henderson, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance at 5:30 p.m. in the 12500 block of Capital Boulevard, $2,000 secured bond.

• Possession of drug paraphernalia, reported at 12:37 p.m. in the 2100 block of Possum Trot Road.

• Larceny, reported at 1:15 p.m. in the 3400 block of Rogers Road.

• Larceny, reported by Bradley Thomas Patton at 5:15 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Main Street.

• Possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, reported at 7:28 p.m. in the 12400 block of Wake Union Church Road.

• Alvaro A. Valtierra Pacheco, 23, of Liberty, South Carolina, charged with DWI Level 5 and speeding in excess of 25 mph over the speed limit at 12:55 p.m. in the 10500 block of Capital Boulevard, no bond listed.
