  9. JENNIFER says:

Yoshidas original teriyaki is good too, it is less of a glaze and soaks into the meat and pineapple well. I marinate the patties and pineapple in the morning, and once burgers are done, brush a little more teriyaki sauce. So YUMMY, and drippy good.

  10. Jennifer says:

Sounds so good, minus the mayo - I cant do mayo on a burger, just not my thing. I have to find a gluten free teryaki for this.

  11. Jamie says:

My absolute favorite!!!! So excited to try at home

  12. DJ Johnson says:

I realize I'm answering a question that's over a year old, but here's something cool to know. If you go to Red Robin and ask, they will usually (depending on who is running the store that day) sell you a large styrofoam cup of their teriyaki sauce. I haven't done that in a few years, but last time it was about $3 for one of those cups. I'd imagine it'd take more than one to reach the 2 cups the recipe calls for, but it'd be worth it. Whatever brand of teriyaki they use, it's definitely my favorite I've ever had. As I speak, my wife is on her way home with two Banzais. Mmmm nom nom.

  13. Cyd says:

That is so good to know! They have amazing teriyaki sauce!!

  14. Sharon says:

My most favorite burger from there by far. Yum. Thanks for sharing.

  15. Jeff says:

Thanks for taking time to share the recipe. From one Bonzai fan to another. I had a hard time with finding the right balance of teriyaki sauce and sweetness. I ended up putting brown sugar and molasses in a soy glaze sauce. Seem to kind of bring it all together. Thanks again
